A cardiac first responder Advanced level person is trained in Cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the use of an automated external Defibrillator.

On of successful completion, candidates qualify as an Instructor. This qualification is certified by PHECC (the
Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council).
