Orders:

You will be contacted within 24-48 hours to confirm delivery and status of your order.

Carriage:

Free on orders over €100.00 and charged at current SDS rates on small orders within Ireland. Carriage outside the Republic of Ireland available on request. Carriage charged at cost on furniture, stretchers, backboards and bulky items.

Credit:
By arrangement only.

Terms:
Strictly 30 days from date of invoice. Invoices unpaid after the due date may be charged interest at 2% above the base rate quoted by A.I.B. bank on a daily basis.

Prices:
The price list is correct a time of issue and may be subject to fluctuation.

VAT:
All prices subject to VAT, where applicable, at current rates.

Returns:
Goods will only be accepted for credit by arrangement and if returned in original packaging, in saleable condition and will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Replacement Product:
If a product is discontinued or unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with an equivalent product.

Claims:
Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 3 working days of receipt of goods.

Property & Risk:
Risk in the goods shall pass on delivery. Property in goods shall pass when the invoice is paid in full.

Errors & Omissions in this document:
No responsibility accepted.

Code must be quoted at time of ordering to receive your gift. No gift will be dispatched with orders placed without quoting this code. Offer only available on orders placed between 10am and 5pm on each day, over €50. Brands and Contents may vary from products shown on promotional page. Product pictured on the promotional page is available whilst stocks last. If the event of the item above being sold out when your order is placed, an alternative gift will be provided.
